In 1968 Xinchang Bearing Factory established.

In 1996 the former manager of Xinchang Bearing Factory, Zhangtianzhong, retired and invested 1 million Yuan RMB on his own to found Xinchang Continents Industrial corporation with his family.

In 1997 Xinchang Continents took over all the shares of Xinchang Bearing Factory from Zhejiang Xinchun Bearing Co., Ltd, and became the controlling shareholder of Xinchun Company. The then vice director of Xinchang Foreign Trade Bureau and vice general manager of the Foreign Trade Company, Zhangfeng resigned and devoted to the business to assume the position of general manager of Xinchun Company.

In March 2000 the Sino-Japan joint venture Shaoxing San-Gi Continents Bearing Co., Ltd established.

In March 2001 Sino-US joint venture Zhejiang Xinchun Machinery Co., Ltd. was set up. Produce mainly bearing rings and related turned parts and grew rapidly into one of the biggest exportation enterprises of turned rings across the country.

In July 2001 Xinchang Continents Bearing Forging Co., Ltd established to produce hot forged parts for bearings and raw turned parts.

In October 2001 took the control of Xinchang Jintai Machinery Co., Ltd. the company produces specially CNC lathe for machining bearing rings and digital wires for lathes.

In July 2002 established xinchang xinchen import & export Co., Ltd.

On Dec. 28, 2002, Zhejiang Continents & Xinchun Group Co., Ltd founded with Zhengtianzhong and Zhangfeng assuming the board chairman and president respectively.

In May 2003 the Continents & Xinchun Industry Park which covers 166666 square meters was kicked up.

In July 2003 Zhejiang Continents Steel Structure Co., Ltd. was set up.

In Sept. 2003 a joint venture of Futai Machinery Co., Ltd was set up.

In July 2004 investment was made by Japan’s SOJITZ Corporation, a world 500 fortune company, to Futai Machinery Company and subsequently the name of the company was changed to Zhejiang FRT Bearing Co., Ltd.

In April 2005 controlled the shareholding of Xinchang Tiansheng Bearing Co., Ltd.

In May 2005 started the project of Fuli Bearing Steel Tube and estimated to be put to production in April 2006.
Through development of merely 9 years Zhejiang Continents & Xinchun Company has grown into a company group with 13 fully-owned and/or holding companies, which covers fields of bearing, CNC lathe, steel structure manufacturing and so on.
